The urgent need of many of these under-resourced countries is to teach marketplace skills and send capital investment to create employment, so that people can make a living and be productive citizens in their communities and provide ongoing support for their families. Entrepreneurial business people can find vast opportunities to help young men and women with the skills and “know-how” to set up small businesses. There is no limit to the different types of services and products that can be provided. In the early stages of Uncharted, we provided a small investment to some young men who had basic skills in sewing and making clothing. A few sewing machines, some materials and a small storefront became a tailor shop with employment, income and a purpose to go to work and serve everyday. Micro-financing: Uncharted International, Inc manages the distribution of small business loans to those who are hopeless and live in HIGH unemployment environments.   Our micro-finance program is run by nationals that our accountable to the Uncharted Board.   This program empowers nationals with the opportunity to provide for their families by creating jobs and small businesses.
